There are a limited number of spots for this 6-week series, and I’d love to have you with us…

See what new things we can create when we are relaxed and in tune with what’s going on inside!

The yoga we practice is for everybody, and the writing we will do is for anyone interested in writing more…and writing from a deeper sense of self.

So, if you are interested in yoga and you are looking for a way to write more authentically, then sign up today!

What type of yoga will we practice?
The yoga practice is NOT pretzl-ie or hyper-bendy. The yoga practice IS gentle, slow, repetitive and intended for all levels of experience. The sequences come from Michelle's training through Subtle® Yoga, a form of Hatha yoga with influences from Viniyoga.

There are several go-to postures we will use that can be modified for your level of experience and physical comfort. The main purpose of the yoga practice is to become mindful of your connection to your body and breath. Using slow, gentle movements will allow you to become better connected to your inner Self which will, in turn, influence your creativity and writing.
